what is going on lol

I have never had a light period in my life. I had unprotected sex (pull out method) during my fertile week so of course there's always that chance I'm pregnant. I started spotting Saturday 2 days early,I'm still only getting light blood when I wipe,I have not gotten any blood on a panty liner. I took a test with FMU this morning and it's negative. I have an appt with gyno in 4 weeks (its county clinic so they have no closer appointments). I will retest if I have too.. I just don't understand whats going on lol. I don't expect yall too

either just I guess needed to vent how crazy my body is being right now,its driving my anxiety crazy
