10 dpo spotting every cycle

This is our 3rd month TTC, I’ve noticed around 10 dpo the last few cycles I start spotting light pink/brown and then my AF comes 3 or so days later. Today is 10 dpo and I have dull light cramps periodically and very light pink/brown spotting that started, only noticeable when I wipe.

So disheartening as I don’t know the difference if it could be implantation or AF coming. Anyone else spot before AF? Feeling discouraged. 😔
