How do I cope?

I just had my son last Friday and it was a very complicated, traumatic birth for the both of us. He actually had a clavicle fracture and had X-rays done. They told us to just be gentle with it and it would go away on its own. We went and saw his pediatrician today and she said that she’s never seen it this bad, he now has to be wrapped up. It’s so hard to see him like this, it pops so frequently and I can tell he’s in pain. Going back Thursday to follow up. Has anyone else experienced this??
