I saw someone post about Vitex. Out of curiosity, I googled it and read a lot about helping with fertility. I’m 27, 6 months ago I stopped taking my birth control pills (as directed), to begin trying to conceive with my husband. I have had a period on time, every single month since stopping. Period is only about 3-4 days though. Have not have any success though. Does any one have any success with vitex? Advice? How to take to improve fertility? Thank you!
