So I’ve been having bad sharp pains on my left side for 2 weeks now. I get nausea, vomiting, shaky, dizzy and headaches. I was getting food aversions so I thought I was pregnant. Take a test it’s negative. So my AF was due Thursday and she came and by Friday evening it was completely gone. Symptoms were still there but no more AF. The pain in my left side got worse and worse so I made appt with ob/gyn and she ordered an ultrasound. They couldn’t get me in for two weeks tho. So this morning in pain, my hubby took me to the Er. They did a pelvic u/s, bloodwork, and a urine pregnancy test. All came back fine and dr said to follow up with my ob/gyn because something is going on but he felt as though it was not emergent. My first thoughts were an ectopic pregnancy. But all tests were negative so now I’m lost.

Anyone have a similar experience? I’m so frustrated from not feeling well and not having answers. :(
