So I had some bleeding this morning. I’ve had 2 miscarriages and am scared to death of another. I called my doctor immediately he told me to go to the ER for an ultrasound. The nurse fought with me and said they wouldn’t do an ultrasound because they can’t see anything at 6 weeks... I almost killed her. This is my 4th pregnancy and I’ve always been high risk so I’ve always had early ultrasounds. My doctor called over and told the nurse off so I went back for an ultrasound after 4 hours of waiting and heard my little beans heart rate! 112 and measuring 6+2 which is exact! I was the same gestational age with my last miscarriage and the heart rate was 91 so with that knowledge I am a little calmer.

I did have intercourse 2 days ago even though I really didn’t want to because again I’m scared to death to lose this baby. I’m very happy and just wanted to let you ladies know incase anyone goes through this. No more sex for me! The cyst they found during my D&C; in December is still there but my doctor isn’t concerned.
