Baby aspirin?

Has anyone tried baby aspirin during TTC and after you get a bfp when you’ve had previous reoccurring miscarriages? I’ve seen some stuff about it on different forums and my doctor also mentioned it in passing. I think I’m going to be trying it this cycle after having a miscarriage on Feb 5.
