Been going on for 7 days now

Since Feb 6th I thought I started my period because when I wiped I saw a very tiny blood clot with some pinkish color on the toilet paper. I know it is coming from my vagina cuz i put a tampon to make sure it is coming from there and it is. I wasn't prepare so I waiting for my SO to get home to go to the store but I noticed not once did I bleed through my panties well it didn't even come out of my vagina unless I wiped and it was always a pinkish color. Now it is still going on tiny tiny blood clots with pink colored toilet paper after wiping! What could this be or what is going on???
