When it's ovulation day, when should I have sex????

My question is being I'm new to this tracking opks.... When it's ovulation day when should I have sex that day OFCOURSE and????? How many days after, do I skip a day. What's best?

Answer

When you say “ovulation day” are you referring to when you have an LH spike, ie. two solid equal lines on an OPK? Or are you referring to the drop in LH immediately after? 
There’s conflicting recommendations about how often you should have sex in your fertile window. I personally have sex every day because I don’t want to miss my best opportunity, but lots of people choose every second day so that sperm can build up.
