Trust the process 100% no matter how long it is!

This is a constant reminder that progress does not happen over night. Or in a week. Or a month. This right here was 6 years of work. 6 years of consistency and patience I’m proud of.

When I first started all this I weighed 198 lbs of pure fat. It sucked. I knew I needed to get my health in order not even for aesthetics, but to be able to live functionally.

I was tired of being “the fat girl”.

My lightest was the middle photo, weighing 150 lbs with 116 lbs of muscle this past summer. I was my smallest but definitely going down a dangerous path with a very unhealthy relationship with food.

The right is current, weighing 160 lbs with 126 lbs of muscle. I would like to trim down a bit, but I am also trying to find a good balance with eating healthy, enjoying myself, and NOT count every single thing I put in my body.

I’m striving to be happy, healthy, and overall the best version of myself; the best I can be in the career path I have chosen, and help others with what I was taught about this lifestyle!

No need to make it complicated. Keep it simple. Eat right. Be consistent. Do your weights. Do your cardio. Enjoy yourself and find a good balance for YOU!

I share this with the hopes of anyone feeling intimidated to start bettering their health to just go for it. You won’t be sorry.
