Confused

I had what I thought was my period last Wednesday and it was moderate bleeding and lasted 3 days. I ended up trying my cheap tests last night and got a faint positive. I went to store today to get a first response and it was also positive. I went to the doctor to get my labs done today but I am very confused it doesn't make any sense with all of that bleedind that I could still be pregnant. I'm worried its an ectopic. FYI I tested neg 11DPO. I hope this is real and nothing is going to go wrong.
