My daughter is in bed by 8:30-9 and gets up around 7:30-8. She’s been like clockwork for the last few months.

my daughter is sleeping by 630 and wakes around 630-7 she started this around 3 months old

She will go to sleep when we do go sleep so around 11 and wake up till 11am or 12 pm

He sleeps 8pm (approx. sometimes its 745, sometimes it’s 815) until 730am. He’d sleep later but his older brothers wake up for school and usually wake him too.
