Implantation bleeding??

Can implantation bleeding be dark red? Yesterday I started cramping, and noticed I was bleeding. Not super heavy but it was dark mixed with a LOT of egg white CM. This morning I woke up with no bleeding at all, just a little pink/brown when I first wiped. AF isn’t due for 10 more days?
