How many of you ladies got pregnant your first month trying?

I guess mine was technically my second, I had my IUD removed and had a super weird period a couple days after. Then a normal period about a month after, then a BFP!

With my 1st I was on birth control and missed a pill. My second we got pregnant the end of the first month. So yes it's possible but just keep in mind it usually takes a month for your body to get back on track after stopping birth control.
