Why would it be “never okay”? It’s their nose, not yours...

A nose job and “for health purposes” are two different things. I’ve had surgery twice on my nose because of a deviated septum, enlarged turbinates, and problems with my sinuses. I don’t consider any of them a “nose job” they were a medical procedure necessary for my quality of life not for cosmetic reasons.

I think it’s perfectly fine. I just think you should do a lot of research beforehand cuz you don’t want to fuck yo your face lol. I despise my nose so when I’m 17 I’m getting a nose job
