Hi everyone! I’m planning on getting an IUD and I really want the copper one because it doesn’t have hormones but I”be heard it’s not recommended for women who haven’t given birth? Has anyone gotten it inserted and hasn’t given birth and what’s your experience with the pain and side effects?
