Is it hard to conceive 4months after giving birth?

Do you ladies think it's harder to ovulate after giving birth if not breast feeding? I bottle feed and I was wondering if I'm ovulating since having a baby 4months ago.would it be difficult to try at some point again?

Answer

For some people it can take quite a while to get periods back even without breastfeeding. Everyone is different so you won’t know until you try I guess. I was tracking bbt and found that I wasn’t ovulating even though my cycles came back so I took some natural supplements and now pregnant. Our babies will be 17mths apart by the time this one is due

Sometimes if you’re still producing prolactin that cause stop you from ovulating.
