Weird symptom?

So the past 3 days I’ve had a constant pain in my pelvic area but it feels like outside pain?? Not in my vagina. It hurts really bad to get up out of bed or even sit up. And when I’m walking. Not sore or anything so I’m not sure why I’m feeling this. Is it just pregnancy pains?

Look up SPD and it should match your symptoms. Had it really bad with my first and unfortunately there’s no real way to get rid of it other than to deliver baby. Good news is that is doesn’t affect the baby at all and you just gotta take your movements slower. You can also look up stretches or see a chiropractor to see if they can help! Good luck!!
