Boils help TMI

This is my second boil, the first once was on my inner thigh, this one is much closer to my vagina. It is red, and has a little black dot on top which I’m assuming is the head? I put a hot compress on it with tea tree oil morning and night but it hadn’t gone down after 2 compresses. Any other ideas of how to get rid of it without seeing a doctor l? TIA
