TTC after my 14 month old

Hi ladies, I came off the coil a month ago, but still have seen AF yet. I keep getting tugging feelings, my breasts are sore and I just don’t feel like I am coming on. I have started to test as myself and my husband have been doing the baby dance regularly. I keep getting what looks like faint positives but I think I have line eyes. What do you think?

Just to add I don’t know if I ovulated
