Anyone else ever have menstrual cramps that feel like contractions? This pain radiates from left to right up and down my lower region. :(

I am abstinent. No chance of pregnancy.

Soooo--- just wanted to ask what everyone's experiences are like.

It has been like 3 days but last night and today have been the worse. When I use the bathroom (#2, it hurts the worse) never been through this kind of pain before.

I am 34 with 3 children, 17, 9, and 2. Anyone suggest anything?
