How far along am I?

Question

Some websites to count when the first day of your period was and some say to count from when I conceived...
My first day of my last period was the 1st of jan (meaning I’m due Oct 8  and i would be 6 weeks and 2 days today) 
Or the day I conceived.. well I got a positive opk on the 23rd jan (meaning I’m due Oct 16th and I would be 5 weeks 1 day today)
Which one am I?? So confused!

Most people count to 40 weeks from the date of your LMP. You can do online programs that use date of ovulation, but they should still give you the same (or close to EDD)
