I am hypothyroid treated and 7 days postpartum I had a c section and had to be put to sleep after trying to push for 3 hours it was a very traumatic birth I am also on pain medicine from the c section. We figured out my milk was not coming in and I seen a consultant but my breast milk is still not in at 7 days postpartum I have even power pumped and idk what else to do advice? Maybe my thyroid isn't being treated correctly?
