I️ had sex for 2 nights in a row 3 days before my fertile week and been taking the pills. Am I️ safe from pregnancy? I️ heard it’s good for a week.

Fertile week doesn't really exist on hormonal birth control. 
As long as you've taken them as directed for at least as long as the insert says they need to become effective AND nothing interfered with it, you should be a okay.

I'm a bit confused by what you wrote but if you had unprotected sex before the end of your first week of ever taking birth control pills, you are not protected

If you started in the first day of your period , you are immediately protected. If you took it any other day, then no.
