TMI... implantation bleeding or Is AF early..

soo my af is due to show on the 23rd.. i bd on the 5th and 6th.. i believe ovulation was the 7th.. i have 33 day cycles.. ive been cramping along my waistline.. one day its on the right side another day its on the left.. today when i wiped this is what i seen.. any answers would be appreciated
