I’ve had 3 positive tests.

I had bloods done at approx 4W5D and my HCG levels were 640 which I’m now starting to feel these were pretty low.

I had a few symptoms a week ish ago like sore boobs, I was SOOOO tired, cramps, felt, nausea and dizziness at the start of this week but I now feel nothing.

By boobs are fine, I’m not tired or anything and now I’m getting worried.

I’m almost at the end of week 5 now and o don’t have a visit to my doctor for a few days yet.

Is anyone around the 5-6 week mark and not feeling anything?
