Need help I’m confused

So I haven’t had a period since November of last year I took a pregnancy test and it was negative I have a almost 7 month old who I stopped breastfeeding when he turned 2 months I’ve been having unprotected sex but my pregnancy test are still negative I gave them after my period is supposed to be due also I’ve been leaking from my nipples which idk why if I’m not pregnant and they feel hard and heavy sometimes
