Is this what a miscarriage looks like?

I've already had many factors working against me so it's hard to not fear the worst (mainly hypothyroidism that isn't yet under control). I'm now 5w 6d and yesterday some spotting turned to bleeding. Went to the doctor and she sent me for blood work, urine test, and an ultrasound on Friday. When I went to do the urine test I passed a clot (right) This morning I passed two more clots a couple hours apart (middle one about 9am and the left one around noon). The bleeding itself while consistent has lightened up.

While I want to hold out hope I can't help but fear the worst. Any thoughts anyone has is greatly appreciated.
