Have a relationship...still no valentines

Been single for a few years found a great man in the summer and was excited to spend valelentines with someone. Thing is we both have a habbit of assuming the other person is going to bring something up...nobody brought up valentines day. I'm not too bothered we live an hour apart and work, just would have been nice to atleast made plans. Its okay I have wine.
