I guess I always assumed AFs start date was the first day of the first sign of it (thinking spotting or light pink counts at the start day) It wasnt until ttc I've learned apparently the actual start date of AF is the day of a first "red" fresh blood. ok... I guess makes sense... . but now whats considered the offical end day of AF? The last day of needing a tampon? Or is the last day when whiping and pink or coloring shows on the tissue but not needing a tampon to catch any flow? Or is it over when there is zero sign of spotting or blood even when whiping? I have had my period for 13 years and youd think this wouldn't be a question.
