6 month sleep regression??? 😭😴 Baby still in our room

Omg I’m so tired. My daughter turned 6 months last week and the past 2 weeks she has woken up 3-4 times a night. She has been a great nighttime sleeper since the beginning this is very unlike her. However she’s still in our room. Do you think that could be the problem ?? Maybe she’d sleep better in her own room?

We downloaded The Wonder Weeks. It’s been super helpful. My son was born at 36 weeks and the calendar uses their due date not birthdate so ours is off by a few weeks. But it shows you and explains when your LO is going through a leap.

could be teething, did room conditions change? maybe too warm..... is she waking up on her tummy crying? (my daughter used to do that up until she learned how to sleep on her tummy) did you try just putting soother back into her mouth?

same🙋😴😥 I swear it's another sleep regression haha. He used to nurse to sleep on the bed and then only wake up 2-3 times to dream feed (never fully awake) but lately he's screamed for an hour straight before he finally exhausts himself to sleep then he's up 4-5 times a night. I'm exhausted!
