Advice

I really need sum advice on getting pregnant. I have been trying for a while now but before i got to a doctor (HATE) I want to try something else. Things I have tried: Having sex at peak time, standing on my head after sex and anything google said lol. But really yall I am becoming depressed because Im now to the point where i feel I will never have someone call me Mommy which I feel is the best title in the world..Please Help
