Surprise positive! Anyone have a period after conceiving?

Hi! We’ve been trying for 2 1/2 years now, with two miscarriages. We have been working with infertility for about a year now. Last cycle we had a hybrid cycle with no luck. 
Right about ovulation time I had a lot of pregnancy symptoms and SUPER positive ovulation tests. So, just for fun I took a preg test. 
POSITIVE!! I am currently 6 weeks 4 days with my rainbow I’ve always dreamed for. 
Anyone else have a period after conceiving???

Hey! The same thing just happened to me!
I ovulated mid January - 
I started my period on Feb 2nd and it was the most normal cycle ever! I temp every morning and my temp dropped before my period and everything. (As usual)
A couple days ago I started doing OPKs for the month.... I was initially really worried because they were all super positive and I wasn’t supposed to ovulate for 2 MORE WEEKS!
Then I took a pregnancy test and there was a very very fine line. I was like WHAT! And now positive tests everyday the last 3 days and so far getting darker. Its the oddest thing. I’m also still spotting a little.
It makes me wonder when I actually conceived since the lines are still so light 🤔
