Valentines cheat day
I have lost 10 pounds so far (I started 2nd week of January) and am eating very healthy and I just starting adding in exercise to my routine as well.
I was super bummed because I stayed at 157 for 2 weeks but realized I just hadn’t watch what I was eating well enough. Today I weight myself and I was 156. My goal weight is 120 which is healthy for my age and height. I work at a daycare and all the kids brought me candies, so I ate a couple chocolates (like 5 pieces-7 pieces) as well as a mini cupcake and then gave the rest to my husband lol. Now I feel super guilty and am worried I could have gained weight from those few pieces. I did do a quick 15 minute workout with weights when I got home because I’m also super sore to work out longer. Any advice or in sight about cheat days? I can usually control myself
