TTC after miscarriage

I've had multiple miscarriages in the seven years since my daughter's birth. One of the things that's always been told to me is to wait to try again. I'm to the point where the miscarriage itself doesn't bother me so much as the sheer number of them. I've seen a couple things saying that waiting might be a bad idea, that women who conceive within three months of a miscarriage have a better chance of conceiving a healthy baby. I've always waited a year or more. Should I try immediately or wait again?
