can i take a pregnancy test at night a week before my period?

i would do it with your first pee of the day a little closer to the day your period is due so if you are pregnant the test will be able to pick up on your hormone levels easier as they will be more concentrated. you probably got won’t get an accurate result yet, the chance of a false negative is much higher vs waiting a few more days-a week.  or just wait to see if you actually miss your period that’s basically a free pregnancy test right there lol  if you test before your period is due i recommend using first response but the one with pink dye not blue dye.
