Great Love Handle Exercise!


Okay, guys. I finally found an easy, non time-consuming exercise that’s great for getting rid of love handles AND ACTUALLY WORKS!! I mean, as long as you do it correctly, that is.

Seated Twists:

You have to hold the proper form and don’t just swing yourself around. Start with an empty barbell or even a broomstick and work your way up in how much weight you’re lifting every few times you do it. Also, do sets of 15 or 20, turning your body to either side (both sides counts as 1 rep). I mean, eat well too and do other exercise along with this, but this does work, I promise.

Honestly though, I’m so happy right now. I’ve taken off an inch and a half on each side with this. Only 2 more to go!
