Missed Periods With A Negative Pregnancy Test

Hi Guys my periods are 10days late, I took a home pregnancy test that had a dark and faint line on it. I went to my Dr.and went for a blood test that came back negative aswell I wanted to know if it's really possible that I'm not pregnant with all this Dizziness, stomach cramps and fatigue?
