I feel like the God I know is so loving, forgiving and always there for me with open arms. He has truly given me the charmed life. Sure we all got our stuff to deal with but mine is so mild. I feel like there are so many examples of God just straight abandoning groups of people. Whether it’s the people of Jericó (he ordered every man women and child slaughtered) or the people in the holocaust and now all my friends they are being killed in shootings, committing suicide, getting caught up into drugs, being raped since childhood. God protected me but not them. How can I sleep at night I am no better than them, no different in any significant way. How can I just live my happy little bubble when all this evil is surrounding my world and stealing my friends.
