I woke up with a nasty cold this morning, I feel like butt! Today is also the day I was expecting my temp jump, which I got. I do not have a fever, so is my temp still usable? I have low BBTs so the jump looks outrageous, but it’s still only 97.60 which is normal for my LP. Thanks ladies!
