Help please!!

I need some help! Lol. So my period is late. I usually consistently run 26-28 days. I'm now on day 30 so 2-4 days late or so. Pregnancy tests are negative.... Wtf? Lol. Had some VERY light spotting on Tues morning but nothing since and no signs my period is coming. What the hell?? I'm confused.
