BFP but no symptoms?!

Hey ladies!!!
I got my BFP. But I have absolutely no symptoms what so ever! I mean nothing. 
Zilch! Not even a twinge in the nips! 
Any one else has this or should I be worried?

Symptoms do not equal healthy/unhealthy pregnancy...31w and I have yet to experience anything except mild fatigue sporadically.

this pregnancy came as a surprise. I thought we missed my surge, AF was due Feb 1st, and I was bugging my fiancé to buy tampons.
The only way I knew something was missing, was the constant sleeping. I never needed to nap until now, but I'll be up 3 hours and need to snooze again.

My daughters pregnancy I had NOTHING until like 7/8 weeks. I only knew I was pregnant because I missed my period and decided to take a test 4 days later.

Normal. My third baby i have zero symptoms especially early on. I think at 16 weeks I threw up once but that was about it. I was concerned because my first 2 I had every type of pregnancy symptom from start to end. Now at 26 weeks I still don't have many.

I didn’t feel pregnant until like 8 weeks? Had a healthy pregnancy.
