Am I pregnant??

Okay so my period is about 8 days late and last night I had the worst indigestion I’ve ever had. Continuous pain and discomfort that lasted about 5 hours and the only reason it went away was because I threw up from all the pain. Has anyone experienced this as a pregnancy sign? I have no other symptoms at all so I’m really not sure. Thanks!
