Little red bumps..!

I’m getting kinda anxious now 😣 I’m 9w1d today (woohoo!) but I started developing this small rash on the very top of my abdominal area, about the roundness of a clementine. However I woke up today and notice it is getting progressively worse, and has started to spread on my boobs. It’s only itchy when the bumps form but then the itchiness goes away... anyone else experience this or have an idea of what it is?? I’m waiting on my Dr to call me back but the wait is killing me!
