How many hours straight does your 4 month old sleep at night?

My son will be 5 months old on Tuesday and still wakes up every 3-4 hrs 😭. He goes to sleep at the same time every night, so I don’t know what is going on with him! 
Pediatrician said sleep regression, but it’s never been more than that, so can’t really say he’s regressed...

My son just turned 4months yesterday and he still wakes up every 2 hours :(

That sounds normal to me. My baby goes to sleep at around 7, wakes at 10ish when we go up to bed and then goes straight back to sleep and sleeps till about 7am in bed with me (he spends all night dream feeding)

My daughter was like that. Terrible sleeper. Once we started solids she started sleeping better as long as her tummy was full before bed. 
My son I got lucky with and has slept all night since 6 weeks. Minus this past few weeks of a sleep regression. We’re getting back to all night though.

My daughter normally wakes every 3 to 4 hours but the past couple days it’s been every 2 😭
