So I missed a day of my pill and I started my period the next day. This happened last month when I took it a few hours late too, but this time my flow is super heavy and has more tissue than normal. Last month it was light and I’ve had bad cramping both times. I also missed my period during my placebo pill week. I haven’t had sex since January 1st but I’m concerned, is this normal?
