35w & 1 day

Had my 35 week appointment yesterday and ob told me I was 4 cm dilated. She said not to worry cuz I could stay that for a few weeks but I definitely won’t make it full term. Now I’m having some pain down there and I don’t know if to brush it off or call. I’m a ftm and I just get worried because everyone is telling me that I need to take it easy because the baby’s still premature and that got me worried if I go in labor soon. Any advice ?

I just don’t want to go to the hospital or something to just be sent home saying it’s nothing
