I've tried over and over but as soon as I have one orgasm, my clit becomes too sensitive and I have to stop then I'm not turned on anymore. I don't find pleasure from penetration. Any tips?

clitoral and vaginal stimulation effect you differently.  Since a clitorus is basically a small penis it makes sense that sensitivity would become an issue.  if you would like muktiple orgasms and are into penetration during masturbation then try that after your clit is recovering :)

completely normal. although I have orgasmed up to 3 times in one session, I most the time find it hard to keep going afterwards. due to the sensitivity and not really having the urge to anymore. although I've found that as long as nothing touches that part for a few minutes I can keep going.

So the clit is not just the button/glans that you can see at the top of the vulva, but actually a large organ with a whole network. See these below links:

So, keeping that in mind, you may be able to reach multiple orgasms by stimulating other parts of your clit. I don't know what you are already doing, but if you bring yourself to orgasm by only stimulating the glans, you may want to start playing around with the parts of your clit that are *around* the glans. Stimulating the shaft (just behind the glans) and the crura (underneath the lips) are good places to start. 
The g-spot is part if the internal clit. Stimulating it, while you give the glans time to desensitized itself, is also a good way to go.

This is normal. 
I'm 38 years old so obviously I'm pretty experienced. I think I've had a multiple orgasm twice my whole life. Google the refractory period, that's what you're experiencing post orgasm, and is common.
