iui w/endo and pcos success?

Fingers crossed for you 🤞🏻 while I’m still waiting for my success story, I will say, that I have endo. Actually have an endometrioma on my left ovary and my doctor has advised my hubby and I to only pursue 2 rounds of IUI. If this second one doesn’t work, we will be moving straight to IVF. Unfortunately he doesn’t recommend a laparoscopy or anything due to the fact that it can affect my fertility even more and research and studies have shown (according to my doc) that the numbers don’t really increase with that kind of surgery. I’ve heard from others, including my doctor, IUI works for some with endo (depending on how bad it is) and some it just doesn’t work. IVF they can totally bypass the endo and there’s a higher success rate. Would love to follow this post though and hear if anyone out there has had success with IUI and having endo 😀❤️
