I check my cervical mucus and position everyday, sometimes twice a day (unnecessary I know) but today I ended up I believe scratching my cervix with my finger nail and made it slightly bleed 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ please remember to keep your nails trimmed short while you are tracking to avoid scratching or cutting your cervix !

I know it might sound silly, bc I for one never really paid too much mind to my nails being just lightly longer then my finger, they’re not even sharp! But I managed to scratch it by accident, I now have an appointment with my ob to check and make sure everything is okay tomorrow which today is supposed to be a highly fertile day but hubby and I are cut off from baby dancing til I’m seen and am given to okay 🤦🏽‍♀️😭
